More than 70 people from faculties, divisions and research institutes across UOW came together at the Innovation Campus last week for the latest Vice-Chancellor’s Senior Staff Forum lunch.
The Vice-Chancellor provided an update on the higher education sector, and Professor Alison Jones, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Health and Communities) outlined the University’s vision and guiding principles for the $500 million new Health and Wellbeing Precinct.
Additional updates were provided by FMD Director, Kathleen Packer, who covered UOW’s key focus areas for facilities management initiatives to 2022. Nancy Huggett, Director of Governance and Legal Division, and Cherry Siu, Senior Manager, Legal Services detailed the legal services review undertaken in 2018, the review’s key recommendations and from this, the Division’s focus projects for 2019.
