UOW’s brand playbook website was developed in late 2019 to evolve the UOW brand, and organise all branded tools, resources and templates in one place to allow greater access for local users, and also users at offshore campuses.

SMCU partnered with Frost* Collective to undertake core components of the work, which has since seen strong usage from people accessing templates, guidance, and requesting resources.

On top of this success, it has just won silver in the 2020 Designers Institute of NZ Best Design Awards. This is a recognition of excellence in design within the UOW brand and toolkit.
