The UOW Aboriginal Employment Enabling Strategy 2020-2025 (AEES) is now available.

Thank you to those professional services and academic staff who provided ideas, experiences, feedback and support for the Strategy, including representation from our regional campuses.

The AEES is the Strategy that underpins UOW’s activities to increase, retain and develop our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce. These activities and outcomes form part of a unique contribution from Aboriginal people, communities and cultures which will enable UOW to achieve its 3% Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment target by 2025.
