To complement this prestigious citation and the great work we are doing, a survey on parental leave and return to work has been sent to primary carers who have taken parental leave within the last two years. This survey is run biennially and the results will allow us to gain insights into the experiences leading up to, during parental leave and returning to work, and how we can best support staff.

The results of the survey will be used for internal analysis by Human Resources. The survey is anonymous and all replies will be kept strictly confidential.
