The Annual Declaration of Interests process is NOW LIVE and only takes a minute! All University staff (except casual staff) are required to make an annual Declaration of Interests. Please submit your declaration in Web Kiosk by 13 April 2018.

You are required to declare any actual or perceived conflicts of interest.  Conflicts of interest may include, but are not limited to, secondary employment, close personal relationships, financial or other interest and any gifts given or received by you in the course of your employment with a value of $299 or more.

If you have something to declare you must also complete and submit an approved Conflict of Interest Declaration Form and possibly a Secondary Employment Application Form; and/or a Disclosure of a Reportable Gift Form, depending upon your circumstances.

Completed and approved forms need to be sent to no later than 13 April 2018.
