On Monday, 31 May staff will commence in their new roles and the pooled services model will come into effect for Tranche Two functions. Managers have already begun reaching out to their teams and Governance groups supporting the new operating model have also commenced.
This implementation is a result of a great deal of hard work by all involved. It is an important milestone in the One-UOW journey and the Co-Chairs of the Business Recovery Working Group would like to thank all staff for their ongoing commitment to this significant transformation.
As we transition to the implementation phase of One-UOW, detailed process mapping efforts continue. Please bear with the newly formed teams as they settle into their new roles, and commence implementing revised processes and procedures.
Contact personnel for some of the processes delivered by the pooled services may change – please check divisional intranet sites for more information on contact points and also refer to the intranet for a full list of Tranche Two functions.
Constructive feedback is important to the success of One-UOW and is very welcome. Staff have the opportunity to submit feedback about Tranche One and Tranche Two implementation and services via the online feedback portal. Feedback will be provided to project support staff and the relevant faculty and/or division, and all feedback will be reviewed and considered as the refining of operations continues.
The online feedback portal will remain operational until 25 June 2021.
