On Monday, 26 April, staff will commence in their new roles and the pooled services model will come into effect for Tranche One functions. Managers have already begun reaching out to their teams and Governance groups supporting the new operating model have also commenced.
Adoption of a new operating model as transformative as One-UOW requires considered mapping of end-to-end processes. A large number of staff participated in a series of subject matter expert workshops, and detailed process mapping efforts have continued as we transition to the implementation phase of One-UOW.
Please note that contact personnel for some processes delivered by the service pools may change. Divisional intranet sites will be updated with information as it becomes available.
Constructive feedback is important to the success of the new operating model. Staff will have the opportunity to submit feedback about Tranche One implementation and services via an online feedback portal. Feedback will be provided to project support staff and the relevant faculty and/or division. All feedback will be reviewed and considered as One-UOW is implemented.
The feedback portal will open on 26 April 2021.
