The Research Services Office would like to invite you to attend a seminar targeted at prospective ARC Linkage Project applicants.

Since the ARC Linkage Projects scheme adopted a continuous submission and assessment process on 1 July 2016, UOW has been awarded 14 grants totalling $4.9 million in ARC funding, including four 2018 Linkage Project grants approved in July. During the past three years, our success rate exceeds the national average, which demonstrates our strength in engaging and undertaking impactful research with end-users. To further capitalise on this strength and UOW’s recent success, we are aiming to encourage, motivate and support researchers to work towards submitting a Linkage Project application.

On the day:
– We will present an overview of the LP scheme;
– Discuss how ICR can help researchers find industry partners and tap into leveraged funding opportunities;
– Project Leaders of recently funded Linkage Projects will be present to provide insights gained from working with industry partners and to answer your questions about what makes a successful application.

All are welcome to attend. For more information, please contact Linkage Projects Coordinator, Lucas Hughes

The seminar will be held on Wednesday August 28th, 12:30pm to 2:00pm, Building 67, Room 104.
