Early next week (week commencing 7 December) the Unified Recruiting Module will be ready to use at UOW. Early in 2021 Taleo (current eRecruitment system) will be decommissioned.
The HR Recruitment Team will continue to manage roles that are currently submitted and advertised through the Taleo eRecruitment system until those processes have completed.
User Guides and Key Changes Guides to support you when using the new system will be available at the time of go-live on the HR intranet, as well as in the Unified Knowledge Base. If you need any further support in using the new Recruitment module please log a ticket in the HR Help Desk.
In conjunction with a new system, we will also be introducing Workforce Establishment. This will separate the processes of creating roles (establishment) and filling roles (recruitment). This means in future fewer approvals will be required to recruit for ‘established’ roles.
