Autumn Orientation is scheduled this Tuesday 23, Wednesday 24 and Thursday 25 February at Wollongong Campus.

This Autumn session, all Faculty Welcome sessions and majority of opt-in information sessions will be delivered online. This will ensure Orientation remains equitable and accessible for all commencing students, including students studying remotely and international students who are impacted by border closures.

Our Faculties and schools will be streaming ‘live’ Welcome Sessions each morning, where students will receive important information about their Faculty /course and learn about the range of support, services and opportunities available to them at UOW.

Following online Faculty Welcomes and opt-in information sessions, we look forward to welcoming students on campus for the much anticipated COVID-safe O-Festival, where they will explore the campus, engage with UOW service providers, clubs and societies and corporate services.

We are expecting a large number of students on campus over the three days from 1:00 pm- 4:00 pm. The O-Festival will be spread over three zones from outside the UniBar to McKinnon Lawn (B.67).

Please be aware there will be increased traffic and noise, particularly for buildings located near the festival (around the Library, McKinnon and the Duckpond Lawns). All students and guests attending the O-Festival will be required to check in via a QR code.

For further information please visit the O-Week website.
