The University, as part of our COVID-19 response, has obtained a Zoom license and integrated both Zoom and WebEx into our Learning Platform/Moodle environment. This along with Adobe Connect Lounge Software suite means we are currently supporting three products with significant crossover in functionality. A usage review has determined high uptake of Zoom and WebEx with low Adobe Connect use by comparison, therefore, the University will not be renewing the licence for Adobe Connect in October 2020.
