Please be aware that all UOW-owned mobile phone accounts will now be emailed to the individual staff member’s UOW email address. The subject of the email will be similar to “[Bluewater] Individual Usage Statement – Dec 2019” and come from the address “do-not-reply@uow.edu.au“.
Emails will have a PDF attached with details of usage. If any details appear to be incorrect, you have received an email but are not the account holder or have other questions, please log a ticket with the IT Service Desk.
These bills do not need to be paid by the staff member as the cost has been charged to the appropriate cost centres already.
