Project update: December 2020

Stage 1 of the Digital Forms project is progressing well with the project team having met a number of form owners to establish and assess volumes, risks, priorities, potential treatments and any obsolete forms. So far we have discovered over 600 paper based forms!

Form owners have now started to remove forms that have been identified as obsolete and will inform you of any removal of these as needed.

For those wanting to start working on digitalising forms, we have finalised the tools and support materials you need, including guidance on how to assess and rationalise processes and forms and the types of treatments that can be applied to digitalise them. You can find these on the Digital Forms Intranet site –

What can you do?

Reach out to us by nominating the form or forms ( you’d most like to see digitalised from your area.

If you have any questions please contact the team at or refer to our intranet page for more information.
