IMTS wishes to advise that due to a change with licensing models, Adobe Acrobat DC users require a software update. The update will typically occur automatically on IMTS managed computers.
This upgrade commenced Wednesday 20 November, 2019 as previously communicated.
After the software has updated, users will receive a prompt to authenticate with their UOW username and password when first launching the application.
Student account holders who require an upgraded version of Adobe Acrobat DC will need to get their supervisor to request a license be assigned via IT Procurement.
Anyone having trouble accessing the new version should contact the IT Service desk on extension 3000 or log a ticket.
