IMTS wishes to advise that Adobe Acrobat DC needs to be upgraded due to Adobe changing license models. This upgrade will take place from Wednesday 20 November, 2019.

The upgraded version will now mean that licenses will need to be assigned to users. This should happen automatically for staff account holders. Student account holders who require an upgraded version of Adobe Acrobat DC will need to get their supervisor to request a license be assigned via IT Procurement.

Users will be prompted to authenticate with their UOW username and password when they use the upgraded version for the first time. Anyone having trouble accessing the new version should contact the IT Service desk on extension 3000 or log a ticket.
