From today, the Financial Services Division and Strategic Marketing and Communications Division, move across into the ServiceNow platform, My Services for their support ticketing and knowledge management. These two areas have been added to existing staff support from other divisions such as IMTS.

Benefits include:

  • Easy to access self-help articles in the knowledge base.
  • A streamlined one stop shop to request service or support without having to know ‘who’ to contact.
  • The ability to track progress and status of service requests.

Following on from this, ServiceNow will continue to be rolled out to other areas across UOW with more information to be provided closer to the time.
