Over 1,000 Year 1 to Year 10 students will travel from all over the state to attend Learning Labs at UOW Wollongong campus this July school holidays.

Learning Labs is an academic enrichment program that delivers one and two-day workshops in specific academic and creative arts interest areas. While on campus, students will experience the University facilities and learn from a mix of school teachers and UOW academics who are experts in their field.

This July Learning Labs will be delivering 66 workshops that cover areas such as Coding with Spheros, Chess for Beginners, Harry Potter, Mythbusting Physics, STEM Challenges and dozens more. Our aim is to provide high quality academic experiences for students from all cultural and economic backgrounds.

You will see the students out and about on campus being supervised by our UOW Learning Labs Volunteers, so please make them feel welcome.
