You are invited to join Team UOW on the Michael Tynan Challenge, which has gone virtual in 2020!

Between now and 24 October, you can improve your fitness and mental health on your own terms via a range of exercise activities, all while raising money for medical research at UOW.

This year it’s free to participate in the challenge and you’ll be joining a community where you’ll receive motivational emails and training support to help you reach your total distance goal of 30km by 24 October.
